LASH CLASS POLICY
Lash Class Policy:
By enrolling in any training, all students are agreeing to the below class policies:
• Deposits and course payments are non-refundable.
• You may decide to wear a mask or not. The trainer will not wear a mask and will not require any other students to do so. If this makes you uncomfortable, please consider taking virtual training with us.
Cancellations regarding COVID:
We do not make cancellations or transfers if you contact us with a COVID concern. The only exception we make is if you test positive for COVID. If leading up to the class you think you may have COVID, you will be required to get a COVID test. If you test positive, we will transfer your deposit to a new date. I understand and agree that Minkmemiami is not licensing me. I understand and agree that I'm taking this training as a learning experience and will only receive a certificate of training completion.
• I understand and agree that my deposit may only be transferable to a different date if I give a minimum of a 10-day notice by email to classes@minkmemiami.com
• I understand and agree that the class and contents of the student kit are strictly non-refundable or transferable after attending the class and receiving the kit.
I understand and agree that the Mink Me Miami the student Manual is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish this manual.
• I understand and agree to refrain from copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the information provided during the training class.
• I understand and agree that my remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to my training. If payment is not sent 7 days prior to my training my seat in the class will be forfeited and the deposit will not be returned.
LASH SERVICE POLICY
Free Touch-Ups:
All clients have a 3-day grace period after their appointment to receive a 30 min free touch-up if your lashes are not to your liking for any reason. Free touch-ups will not be honored if:
1. You came late to your appointment
2. Mascara, strip lashes, and/or clusters have been applied to your lashes
3. The lashes have not been cleaned since your appointment
4. You canceled your free touch up within 24 hours of the appointment in the past
5. If the Natural Lash Policy is applicable
Refund Policy:
There are no full or partial refunds on any deposits, services, or courses under any circumstances. If you get an allergic reaction from lash extensions applied by Mink me miami, we will remove the lashes for free and you are responsible for proceeding with the situation according to the waiver signed by you or your parent or guardian. There are no refunds on deposits, services, or courses even if an allergic reaction occurs. All clients are eligible for a free patch test before getting a full set or refill done with Minkmemiami. If you commonly get allergic reactions or if you are concerned about getting a reaction, we recommend you do a patch test with us before scheduling your appointment for a full set or refill.
Late Policy:
Appointment arrivals 15 minutes late will be charged an additional $10 late fee. Appointment arrivals 15 minutes or later will cause the appointment to be canceled and 100% of the service will be charged. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. This is a strict policy as we are usually back to back with clients and can't make up lost time during an appointment. This policy is still applicable even if you call in to let us know you will be arriving late.
Rescheduling Policy:
50% of the scheduled service price will be charged if you reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hours' notice. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. This policy is still applicable to appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
