Refund policy

Return Policy:

It's the customer's responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels. All opened products are non-refundable. All unopened products are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Your package must be returned with information such as your name, email, and the order number inside. All tweezers are hand tested before leaving our facility and are not eligible for returns/refunds. If necessary, we will send you a replacement tweezer after we are provided with photos/videos to info@minkmemiami.com The accepted window of time to send photos/videos and initiate the return is 3 days from the delivery date.
